■ High-precision molding using the latest electric molding machines!
We have introduced the latest electric molding machines to achieve high-precision molding and are equipped with various monitoring systems to provide products of consistent quality
■ Resin molding with high reinforcing agent content is possible!
In injection molding with a compounding rate of 30% or more of reinforcement, wear of the screw and cylinder becomes a major problem, making mass production impossible with general-purpose molding machines. However, our company has molding machines equipped with ultra-corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant screws and cylinders, and water-based high-temperature temperature control machines that can heat up to 160°C. This makes it possible to mold resins with a high compounding rate of reinforcement.
■ Shape measurement is possible using a 3D measuring device!
As the precision required for parts increases, it is possible to use 3D measuring devices to evaluate products as a form of quality assurance.
Plastic molding process/Injection
1. Dying the raw material
Remove the moisture contained in the raw material.
2. Injection /Molding
Plastic material is melted at high temperature and poured into a mold, then cooled and molded.
3. Gate cut
The gate opening through which the resin flows is separated from the product.
4. Surface Inspection
Inspect the surface of injection parts for guarantee quality.
