History

Jul 1973	Founded BIKO Sangyo Co., Ltd. in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, with a capital of 6 million yen and established a factory for deposition, painting, and surface treatment processing.
Dec 1988	Constructed the Fujieda Factory in Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and installed new vacuum deposition machines and ultraviolet dryers (Ultra Violet), etc., and began operations as a surface treatment processing factory with top-class quality and productivity in the country at the time.
Aug 1992	Capital increased to 10 million yen. Two affiliated companies (BIKO MEC Co., Ltd. and BIKO Resin Co., Ltd.) also increased their capital to 10 million yen each and began to handle resin molding, medical equipment manufacturing, and the import and export of industrial machinery.
Sep 1997	We constructed the Okabe Factory in Okabe-cho, Shida-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture, equipped with a clean room and with advanced automation, and began production to meet higher quality requirements.
Jan 1998	New equipment was added to the Okabe Factory, and it was integrated with the Shizuoka Factory to become the Head Office Factory.
Jul 2000	We have established a new painting line with an environmentally friendly bio booth at our head office factory to meet a wide variety of demands.
Apr 2001	In order to meet the demands of higher quality and shorter delivery times, new equipment was installed at the head office factory, and a second line with further automation was set up.
Nov 2001	The Fujieda Factory was integrated into the Head Office Factory to improve the efficiency of the management system.
Dec 2001	ISO9001 quality management system certified.
Aug 2003	Increased capital to 30 million yen.
Mar 2006	The Okabe Factory was established in Miwa, Okabe town. The defects of the previous production line were improved, and the production line was made capable of producing even higher-quality products.
Mar 2008	BIKO KYUSHU CO., LTD. was established (capital: 90 million yen). A molding factory was added and operations began as an integrated factory from molding to surface treatment.
Feb 2011	“BIKO KYUSHU CO., LTD.” obtained IS09001 quality management system certification.
Dec 2011	The second factory was built at the Okabe Factory. It operates as an integrated line from molding to direct deposition.
Sep 2012	Increased capital to 90 million yen.
Jun 2013	Established BIKO PRACHINBURI (THAILAND) CO., LTD in 304 Industrial Park , Thailand.
Jan 2014	ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System certified.
Jul 2016	BIKO KYUSHU CO., LTD. constructed the second factory.
Jun 2017	Strengthening molding production capacity → Expanding Okabe No. 2 Factory.
May 2018	Expanded the BIKO Kyushu Second Factory.
